Go to Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@starttime.io from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete the account for you, usually within two business days.
What is deleted
Your name, display name, username, email address and profile photo
Your bio, gender and home location
Your Apple or Google sign-in link, so the account can't be signed into again
Your group memberships and friend connections
Your sign-ups for upcoming events — your spot goes to the waitlist
Upcoming events you organized that aren't part of a group — they're cancelled and attendees are told
All your sessions and push notification registrations
What is kept
Some things are part of other people’s records, so they stay — with your name and profile removed:
Messages you sent in chats and direct messages stay in those conversations, shown as from “Deleted User”
Past events you attended, and their results, keep your attendance without your name
Group events you created stay with the group, so its admins can still manage them
Your posts are taken down and no one can see them; a hidden copy is kept for moderation records
Photo files you uploaded stay in storage, no longer linked to you
Database backups are kept for 7 days, so copies of your deleted information are gone from them within 7 days. To have your messages, hidden posts or uploaded photos erased completely, email privacy@starttime.io.
